Aluminum profiles undergo anodizing process first and then coloring process during the process. A wide range of colors are available, from aluminum to all-black, including silver and gold shades, usually using DC-AC or only AC color transformers in tin and nickel baths.
AC alternating current devices are most often used in aluminum coloring processes. In these devices, prescriptions are created by setting the operating time and operating voltage according to the desired color tone. However, in this case, the color option to be created is limited. If the color device is selected AC/DC, it is possible to obtain an unlimited number of colors.
Color Transformers are manufactured with fully automatic control and can be easily integrated into the automation system.
It is used together with the ADC-100 Color Controller and allows you to achieve the same tone by storing more than 1000 color programs in memory every time. The most common problem encountered in anodizing facilities is the problem of not reaching the same color has disappeared thanks to our newly developed control system.
Our rectifiers are produced with air or water cooling according to the working environment. It is guaranteed for 2 (two) years against all kinds of manufacturing defects.
