Coating Rectifiers are fully automatic rectifiers produced with Thyristor Control and transformer, used to provide the necessary direct current such as coating, painting and anodization through electrolysis applied on metals and plastics. Another name is known as the Galvano Rectifier.
Coating Rectifiers; Microprocessor and thyristor controlled, provide high accuracy and precise regulation and provide quality results in the process.
Coating Rectifiers; They can be produced according to the desired volt and current or in accordance with the values brought by the process. All parameters from transformer manufacturing to electronic card design and power module creation are produced in our own facility.
Coating Rectifiers are produced as 6 pulse and 12 pulse specially for the process. One of the most important features of thyristor controlled (transformer) systems is Pulse Base current control. In coatings performed with Pulse Base management, the coating reaches to the lowest points thanks to this feature, no matter how indented or protruding the surfaces of the parts are.
Coating Rectifiers have an extremely simple operating program. Thanks to the remote control control unit, the operator can easily operate the device without going near the rectifier. Rectifiers are fully compatible with all automation systems. It can work both manually and in accordance with the automation feature.
